We Strive to Create High Quality Organic Body Care Using Biblical Ingredients to Increase Healing. We wanted to get back to biblical basics by using Frankincense and Myrrh due to their properties:

Frankincense- In biblical times it has been used as an astringent to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and skin imperfections such as discoloration. It was used to soothe inflamed skin, and reduce the sensations of redness, itching and swelling. It was also used to help disinfect and tighten pores which increased the speed in which cuts, wounds and scars healed.

 

Myrrh-In biblical time, Myrrh was used to slow decay, because it kills bacteria. It is also known to inhibit the growth of fungi that cause skin conditions (i.e. ringworm, athlete’s foot). It has compounds that block the production of inflammatory chemicals that lead to pain and swelling. It has been recognized as an antioxidant, and in studies to determine effectiveness on parasites.

 

Additional ingredients used:

Jojoba oil- Is absorbed in the skin quickly which creates a protective shield around skin cells, that heals cracked heels, and flaking skin. It has been known to attack the underlying fungal, viral and bacterial infection and neutralize it quickly which is the cause of psoriasis, eczema, and rosacea.

 

Cocoa Butter- Was known to be used by the Aztecs and Mayans for medicine. Now we know that it helps to heal rashes from conditions like eczema and dermatitis.

 

Coconut oil- Kills harmful pathogens like bacteria, viruses and fungi.
